Merida Brass Monkeys Series 2015 - starts 15 November

Entry is open for the upcoming hugely popular 3 Round Brass Monkey Series, headline sponsored by Merida and supported by a raft of other generous sponsors. The Series features some outstanding venues especially chosen for their suitability for mountain bike enduro racing on 7-8 mile laps. Each course is carefully set and prepared by our very experienced team and you can expect to go through heath and pine woodland with flowing and testing singletrack mixed in with swooping trails and stone fire roads. All you need to do is choose how long you want to ride for, and then do as many laps as you can in that time, including finishing the lap that you are on when your time is up.
Registration opens at 8am and the START TIMES are:
10am (finishing 12pm)
All 2hr riders including Juniors (aged 14-17).
Podium: about 12.45pm.
Entry £23 (Juniors £15).10.10am (finishing 2.10pm)
All 4hr riders.
Podium about 3pm.
Entry £25.10.20am (finishing 1.20pm)
All 3hr Male Grand Vet riders and Fat Bike riders.
Podium about 2pm.
Entry £24.
This Year’s VENUES:
Round 1 - Sun 15 November at Oxney Moss, Bordon, Hants.
Round 2 - Sun 13 December at Frith Hill, Deepcut, Surrey.
Round 3 - Sun 3 January at Minley Manor, Minley, Hants.
Each event will have full facilities, including a warm air heated HQ marquee, and there will be trophies to be won at each round and also for the Series, plus lots of goodies to be won as spot prizes too. The 3 events will form Rounds 2, 3 and 4 of the ongoing UK Fat Bike Series.
