Riders were blessed with a fine day once the early mist had burnt off to race the fast flowing Tunnel Hill trails. If you've been more used to racing in rain and mud you missed a blinder. The normal age categories were broken down into five year age bands, and in the case of the Masters four laps were completed instead of their usual three. There were tough battles amongst many riders and the finish straight even allowed for multi-rider sprints. The top age category finishers were as follows, well done to you all.
