Spring Series round 1 on Sunday [updated]

It's that time again, and our first mtb event is this Sunday 29 January at Yateley Heath Wood, Yateley, Hants. It is the first round of our popular Spring Series, and we are delighted to announce that Exodus Travels will be continuing to sponsor the Series for the next 3 years. This Sunday every entrant over 18 will have the chance to win a fantastic holiday in Turkey valued at over ?600 in a prize draw. Check out the details at Exodus Travels. Yateley Heath is a very popular venue and full details, including a downloadable entry form are on the website. You will see that we have been busy over the winter launching our new website.
As Race Registration can be very busy we will also be introducing a self service 'Entry Express' for those of you who have pre-entered to minimise any queuing for you, which will be located just outside our new Race Registration unit.
We'll let you know soon about our full programme of events including new venues for XC racing and TrailTrax navigation and also some interesting new developments.

Entries
We have had a record number of pre-entries who will be able to take advantage of our new Entry Expresss, but as always entering on the day won't be a problem but please arrive in plenty of time. There is more car parking too in the yard area to save you a long walk.
Entry Express – how it works
When you arrive, head for our new Race Registration unit (which is white!). Nearby will be a stand under an E-z-up. Look for your category and there will be a list in the front of that section with your name & race number. Then help yourself to your number and some ties. Simple as that, and you won't have to queue in the cold!
The course
Is in great shape and drier than in previous years, so expect lots of our usual fast flowing singletrack including some bits we haven't used for a while near the old start area.
Exodus prize draw for a ?600 holiday
As ever there will be a prize draw open to all entered riders over 18. All you have to do is fill in a slip when you sign on, or collect your number from Entry Express, and then hand it in at Race Registration. The draw will take place at 12.30pm on the Start Line just before the Open race.
