A hearty thankyou to all the riders who have supported the Series. It's been a blast enjoying the mix up of courses at Highlands Farm with great conditions at rounds 2 and 3 helping keep the trails dry and fast. Seeing new riders take up the sport and many old hands return to racing is refreshing. Is it something to do with the friendly nature of the riders? The excellent fun courses? You tell us... After all suffering through the wet and cold winter races it was a blessing to be graced with a beautiful sunny day with added warmth. To see all the racers in short sleeves and shorts almost felt like a summers day. And it sure made the motivation high to ride fast on dry trails...

The Winter Warmer - how aptly titled is that? A good week of cold dry weather and plenty of work by the trail crew made Minley a peach of a course, even with the added complexity of re-routing round a filmset. With the sun making an appearance toward the end of the day it was a pleasure to be racing...
