TrailTrax Tilford Results

It was a drizzly start to the eagerly awaited second round of the Gorrick TrailTrax series today but the weather did not deter the riders, including a welcome number of new entrants to this style of mountain bike event.
Fortunately the area around Tilford takes a little rain without any problems and even improves the conditions in some areas. Dave Brothers was plotter this time and turned the map to landscape to give a fresh set of checkpoints to the south of Farnham. The event was a challenge with detailed and accurate navigation a must for recording a winning score but with an opportunity to record a good score for those just wanting a ride around the area. Thanks to the new landlord of The Barley Mow for making us so welcome and to Mountain Trax for supplying the prizes.
Round 3 of the series is on Sunday 5 July 2015 at the very popular Merry Harriers venue in Hambledon near Godalming.
