The Summer Brass Monkey Enduro - Sunday 1 June

Most of you will have heard by now that there is going to be a Summer Merida Brass Monkeys event. The Summer Monkey will take place on Sunday 1 June at Caesar’s Camp, Bourley Road, Aldershot, Hants GU11 1PZ. On offer, as well as the usual cracking course and full facilities, will be additional 6 hour categories.
We chose Caesar’s Camp as it is a is a massively popular venue, with plenty of car parking space and some great spectating points too.
The riding Start Times will be:
- 09.30 – 6 hr riders
- 09.40 – 1hr riders
- 11.30 – 4hr riders
- 12.30 – 3hr riders
- 13.30 – 2hr riders
The course will close at 15.30 with the Podium presentation of trophies on the day at 16.30hrs. Registration will open at 08.00 for the collection of 6hr and 1hr rider numbers and MuleBars and at 09.30 for all other riders. Remember too, that before this event there is the Gorrick Kawasaki 100 enduro on Sunday 4 May at Porridge Pot Hill. Lots of riders are using that and the Summer Monkey as training for the 12hr TORQ in your Sleep enduro on Sunday 24th August!
